Megha Tyagi has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2013. She has been actively practicing in different Courts across Delhi/NCR. With more than 10 years of experience, Megha’s expertise lies in handling intricate litigations of Arbitrations, Corporate, Civil, Commercial, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Banking and Finance, Securitization laws and intellectual property laws. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, NGT, NCDRC, and DRT. Megha has also successfully advised several individuals, Resolution Professionals, and organizational clients such as Banks, ARCs, Builders, Societies etc. at all levels of dispute resolution.
Avneesh Kumar Upadhyay has been providing Legal Consultancy since 2015 and practising as an Advocate since 2020 handling Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Corporate, Commercial, Consumer, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) litigations before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Debt Recovery Tribunal, CAT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT & NCDRC.
He has experience of original side Civil and Criminal matters in High Courts and Trial Courts. He has been involved in contract negotiation and start-up advisory as well as corporate governance and best practices. He has assisted in leading senior counsels before the Supreme Court in Constitutional and other matters and handed various Arbitration matters.
